Learning How To Love Yourself

I was so excited when Monthly Experiments asked me to do a guest post for them. Their mission is to inspire people to create better habits one month at a time with personal experiments.

I decided to do a 30 day Yoga Challenge. What seemed simply enough ended up being a pretty powerful lesson in learning how to love yourself.

At the time I was overwhelmed and on the brink of burn out. What I thought would be a great challenge for my mind and body (who doesn’t want to do yoga everyday for 30 days) ended up being so much more!

I ended up learning that you know you love yourself by the commitments you are willing to make and keep with yourself.
